The privately owned individual apartments available to rent at Palmierina are managed by Meravigliosa Toscana Srl, a company specializing in the sector of Tuscan tourism, under the direction of Marica Rossi and Luca Manzi.

Marica Rossi, having managed Palmierina for over twenty years, takes personal care of all reservations, besides the welcoming and offering of assistance to guests during their stay in Tuscany. Luca Manzi, also operating in the field of tourism for many years, besides working together with Marica in the welcoming and assistance of guests, is also responsible for the organization of events, trips and excursions, and for the management of Casa Marta, another holiday home managed by Meravigliosa Toscana.
